At the end of February, Danneel took part in a photoshoot and interview for her new venture with her family, The Family Business Beer Company. As we all know now, the company is doing amazingly well, and it’s great to see so much promotion for it. It’s also a double plus for another Danneel interview and photoshoot!

She spoke to Alessandra Rey for Austin Woman about creating the brewery with her family, living in Austin and also being an entrepreneur.

You can find a snippet of the interview below, but please visit Austin Woman for the full article!

What at first seemed so foreign eventually became the family’s new business. After unsuccessfully finding a location for their business-to-be, it was Danneel Ackles’ uncle who introduced them to a 15-acre plot of untouched land next to his own 365 acres in Dripping Springs, Texas, the ideal spot for a brewery.

The Ackleses moved to Austin a week later.

“It wasn’t what we had in our minds. We just wanted a tiny little industrial space,” Danneel Ackles says. “If you let things happen organically, I feel like you’ll get a better product.”

I have also added the photos to the gallery, belonging to Julia Keim.

Danneel recently posted a picture of herself with Mark Pellegrino who plays Lucifer. Obviously it’s from the Supernatural set, where she is filming her next episode. Suspicion is that she will be appearing in episode 18.

You can find the post below, with the picture in our gallery.

What. An. Episode! Truth be told I only seriously watched this episode for Danneel but it was definitely a biggie! There were quite a number of reveals, of course which shall not be spoiled here. Danneel made her first appearance as Sister Jo on The CW show last night, and as you can tell on social media, her fans definitely loved her performance!

Unfortunately we won’t know yet when Danneel will be appearing again but she has stated that it should be before the end of season 13.

Just a little reminder also that I livetweeted the episode, so check out our Twitter to view them!

Onto the good part, I have added HQ screencaptures of the episode and in a few days, I hope to also have icons made and added to the gallery.

Check them out below and please also be sure to credit if posting elsewhere!

Tonight is the night! Unfortunately I won’t be able to livetweet or watch the episode alongside everyone else, but I shall be doing so tomorrow! In preparation for the first episode with Danneel, an Inside look was posted on Youtube, with a look at one scene featuring Sister Jo and Lucifer. You can check out the video below and I hope everyone enjoys the episode!

No sooner than we got the Entertainment Weekly interview, another popped up; this time with Danielle Turchiano for Variety. Again we got to hear Danneel’s experience on the Supernatural set, although it went a bit more in depth with her personal views.

Danneel spoke about returning to acting, and although she hasn’t ruled it out, right now it’s just simply a fun thing for her to do at the time. A few other tidbits are below:

Is this marking a turning point for you, where you want to come back to acting?

You know, I would love to, but we have twin one-year-olds and a four-year-old and we just had another baby, which is our brewery we just opened about 30 days ago. So I would love to [and] if the opportunity came up, and it worked like this, great.

What is it about her meeting with Lucifer that either inspires her to want to make a deal or forces her to have to make a deal?

Lucifer in “Supernatural” is very charming and kind of sexy in an offbeat way. She’s a very strong woman, and I think that he intrigues her. She’s attracted to him and his power. I think they kind of like that about each other.

For the first time in a very long time we have a brand new interview with Danneel! Speaking with Samantha Highfill with Entertainment Weekly, she talked about her first scene with Jensen, Jared and Misha and also talked in depth about her character Sister Jo.

The best part for me was hearing Danneel’s reasons for why she chose to go on the show:

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: After 13 years, what made you finally want to join in on the fun?
DANNEEL ACKLES: Mostly the character. I haven’t acted in a couple years and Eugenie [Ross-Leming], who is Bob Singer’s wife and one of the executive producers and writers on the show, wrote this character with her partner, Brad [Buckner], and she called me and she pitched it. [Sister Jo] is such a badass. I was like, “Yeah, this is what I want to do.” I didn’t want to go on Supernatural and be a love interest of the week or have the guys kill me in some horrific way. But this character, she’s just a badass. And where else can you go and bring your kids to work and hand them off to A camera while you’re shooting? So it was a no-brainer for me.

Take the time to read the rest of the interview at the source – it is a great read!

Don’t forget Supernatural airs tomorrow (08/02/2018) on the CW at 9pm!
